For Metro Sydney deliveries, all orders with pre-orders have a lead time is 5 business days.

If all orders are available, it will be delivered the next delivery day. Tuesdays and Fridays are our normal delivery days.

Here are four ways to reheat KAIN frozen meals:

1. Microwave: If you’re in a hurry, you can microwave directly. Just be cautious—if your microwave is small, the soup may dry out, or the veggies could become mushy. I personally add a little water sometimes! Hehe!   

   2. Defrost then Heat: Use the microwave to defrost, then heat up.   

   3. Thaw in the Fridge: Thaw the dishes in the fridge overnight, then microwave.   

   4. For Fried and Grilled Dishes: To keep the crunchiness, it’s best to use an air fryer, griller, or oven.

   - Optional: Feel free to add your preferred veggies if you have some spare at home!
